Intel Ditching 24 Pin Power Connector on Motherboards

They would probably like to see 100% EV as well, even though they have issues with Brownouts already.

Any 60+ year old Gamers here?

I'd definitely have trouble installing massive plastic wrap circles with duct tape, but I'd give it a shot to get fresh potatoes!

Have you ever wondered if video games have a negative impact on your life?

It's very EZ to overdo it, you look up, and see it's 3am...on a work night. O shit.

Speaker and Headphone Rigs Picture Thread

I use JBL Studio 790's, PSA 750 Sub, and Ascend 340SE Up here for the fronts, some cheap outdoor tilters for my sides near me at the couch Downstairs is much different, and more powerful. I run everything through my Denon AVR, including my desktop. Sounds good enough up here.

I appreciate good audio better than good video

Undying from like 2001 scared the crap outta me...Fear was horrifying at times with loud sound.

007 First Light - Official Bond game from IO Interactive

Not sure my 3600/6650 will play it reasonably at 1080p, TPU doesn't even include it in their tests... single player, so maybe it'll be ok at lesser settings.

I still LOVE the Thief series. How old do we need to go?

Yeah, you can obviously see the texture that wasn't there, but it was fun.

I still LOVE the Thief series. How old do we need to go?

Thief was one of the 1st I did, I did all of them all the way through except 4, which I got bored with even though it was the best visual today. I waited years for 4, I just got bored with it, and never finished it. Does anyone else feel like it was a great game?

Tesla’s Newest Electric Vehicle Could Jolt the Trucking Industry

Has anyone here been involved in Trucking? I started around 17yrs old. I personally don't see EV Taking over for this endeavor.

Trying to be cheap. Straight talk locked IPhone 13.

Be careful with the Walmart phones, I bought 1 and tried to use it, but realized I couldn't, because it was a Pre-Paid phone ONLY. I had to bring it back and get a different phone. There should be plenty of phones for 2 beans, especially because you don't need much. Good Luck

    Blu-Ray vs Streaming

I've had to clean the lenses of the A1, the A2,(this is my 2nd A2) and the LG BH200 Dual Format player. Glad I had already done that on cd players over the years prior. Takes longer to take them apart than to clean them. Haven't had to do it on the 3 BD only players...yet ..😆

    Blu-Ray vs Streaming

I'm a disc guy, always have been. I Have the 1st 4K disc player(Samsung - 1st 1 was junk/replaced), and an Oppo203(didn't know they were going out of business), and a Panny(not the 820, A 420 or some shit). I have a ton of cds as well as DVDS/BR/4K Discs I DO listen to Pandora once in awhile...

AMD’s K6-III ‘Sharptooth’ debuted this week in 1999 with on-die L2 cache to savage the Intel Pentium II — it also held the line against the Pentium II

I went to school to learn about computers, I knew ZERO I learned how it works, and hardware in that class I built a computer with a 266 Intel..it was amazing, I had no idea. I graduated class with that 266, and Immediately found a local shop with a 450 for the upgrade...I was so happy, but...

OP13 in the Wild: Double Celebration Edition

I have a 13R. Camera is meh, but the phone is pretty awesome. Never used a 13, but 1P has always been behind in pic quality, even with Hassleblad...not sure why.

The Post Your Old/Retro Builds Thread

Unfortunately, I don't have my really old IDE HDS available anymore. I was a huge AMD Guy with tons of pics of my barrel of snow/ice water (Barton chip), custom water, huge air-coolers Lotsa A, 64 and Opteron pics are gone. I haven't done Intel since I was in school for computers in like 99, I...

Microsoft Hears You And Wants To Change

Actually forgot about that, found OEM disks in the trash and made them work... IIRC, some peripherals were hard to get working, but the OS was fine. Good Call !

Microsoft Hears You And Wants To Change

My favorite is Win7. It just worked, XP was pretty good. Win10 is ok, I really don't want 11, but my work laptop is acting up, so.... 95 was a HUGE upgrade from 3.0/3.1, I hated loading 3 floppies to get 3.1 installed! 98 was awesome.

Looking for help with Logitech Unifying Dongle

I have 3 or 4 Dongles for Logitech stuff .... Fuckin' PATHETIC that I have to have this many. My G703 only works with the 1 it came with. This is dumb, but it seems done on purpose. Sucks having to move dongle from laptop to desktop. I know, just buy another....or something different (another...

Socket A Boards - still in service?

Days of the Socket A boards were a lot of fun, spent a LOT of time over at XtremeSystems back then. Epoxy 8RDA+, Abit NF7-S were boards I had, numerous chips up to a Barton 2600+ IIRC. Good Times

    OnePlus 15

Every year I seem to see folks clamoring for better photos from OnePlus phones, and every year it seems like they fall flat, even with the German Name/Design. I have the 13R, left the 7T. I only take pics of stuff I need for work, nothing that requires greatness... which is why I use my phone...

    OnePlus 13 / OnePlus 13R / OnePlus 13T

I got an OTA Notification for an UPDATE to version .832 for my 13R, but latest info in the 1+ Community isn't great, although most are complaining about .831 or .830, mine is far older (forget which version) and works fine. Anyone here in the US upgrade to .832 yet? Thanks

    OnePlus 13 / OnePlus 13R / OnePlus 13T

I make calls - perfect speakerphone, teams calls while on the road - perfect. Maps- no issues, can hear her without issues. Camera works for what I Need, which is generally regular shots from 3-6' away. Battery is phenomenal. Screen is pretty awesome, no issues, better than my 7T

    OnePlus 13 / OnePlus 13R / OnePlus 13T

I don't game on my phone(I don't even get that- never have actually), and I don't need perfection in my camera phone. Wireless charging isn't something I care about either. I guess I'm easy to please.😆

    OnePlus 13 / OnePlus 13R / OnePlus 13T

I just got the 13R, good phone, I get 10+ hrs of SOT. FINALLY retired my 7T, because I didn't want to upgrade the battery. 2.5 hrs SOT just wasn't getting it done, had to pretty much have it plugged in.
