Yeah, I use the slack but I'm not sure it's the best method of communication. I understand the desire to limit it to just backers giving input but it's self limiting and can be very confusing even for people who are used to it, not to mention how quickly threads happen (or don't)

If you're using an 8600k you need a Z370 motherboard, not Z270.

Do you expect there to be significant, if any, performance improvements on the special edition L12 vs the old one?

Can you post some temps if you get the chance? Hopefully with the normal under fan and the one you're trying out but even just the current configuration would be cool. Edit: just saw your Reddit post also, will you be updating there, here, or both?

I just assumed since they wouldn't change tooling for the L12 it had to stay metal. But if what you say could happen that would be even better!

The L12 by defaults doesn't support the AMD socket AM4, it requires a compatibility kit (free with proof of purchase of the L12 + an AM4 CPU or motherboard). Hopefully the Ghost L12 will come with built-in support for AM4.

Full copper? Do they have any stats on how a full copper vs regular L12 performs vs the cost?

I've got another question. For the test XS setup where you just have the single 92mm fan on the NH-l12, is that in a push or pull setup? IOW pushing hot air out of the case or pulling fresh air in. I think I recall you saying pulling air in but I just wanted to make sure

Do you have recommended cable lengths for custom cables? Or are you using stock SF600 cabling in the videos above?

The Louqe Ghost S1 which is starting its Kickstarter on Saturday (the 25th) @ 21:00 CET can accomodate all of that with an extra top hat. Price is probably going to be ~$230-240 but would still fit your criteria.

Noctua has it listed as compatible on their website.

Regarding contacting backers, I've had good experiences with BackerKit for some projects I've backed. Not sure what their cut is if anything.

Maybe I missed it but what are the actual dimensions on the GPU side? I know it says dual slot so does that mean 48 mm? 50? Looking forward to joining the Kickstarter for this, looks great so far!
