Got mine today on 7/18(Friday), $30 check in the mail.

Same here, no check, no deficient claim form. Submitted on November 9 2016.

Same. Didn't get any confirmation email when I submitted my claim in November. Just a claim form receipt page with the claim number and claim form information for me to print.

That could be the reason. I submitted on November 9th, and that's 3 weeks before the deadline.

Monday, still nothing.

The order of the check being sent out could be based on last name, mine is 'Y' and 2 of my friends last name start with D and F. Both of them have gotten the check but I haven't. Just a speculation.

It's Saturday and still no check :(

I am part of the $30 group and still have not gotten it. For those of you guys with the check, was signature required on delivery or was it just a normal mail?
