I might be selling my hardline tubes and WC hardware if that interests you. What motherboard are you using?

    X99 on mITX: ASRock X99E-itx/ac

Cheers for the pictures. So there's 4 orientations to choose from and from my drawings only one scenario is possible. Two are immediately disqualified, as you say, by the lower heat sink covering one of the RAM slots. Facing the heatpipes down gives me plenty of clearance for my GPU but...

    X99 on mITX: ASRock X99E-itx/ac

I've modeled a bracket to make it fit. I've only based my measurements from online images and forums so before I get it made I'm waiting for my TF to arrive. Happy to share the file if it works.

Has anybody managed to fit a be quiet cooler on this board yet? Looking to get a Dark Rock TF.

Is anyone interested in buying my watercooling gear? I plan to swap to air cooling. Here's pictures: http://imgur.com/a/M5CdF

Any updates on the sandblasting? Been itching to get a set.

    SideArmD SA4 case, CNC + AIO + 9.35L

The watercooling idea is pretty cool. Having the option for an extension is seriously something I wish I had with my NCASE. However - I'm worried that it's still too large for what watercooling hardware is able to be fitted. With the included extension you're losing to the NCASE in volume and...

    ETA late Q1 2017? I'll be pre-order number #00001 for some panels :D

    SideArmD SA4 case, CNC + AIO + 9.35L

Considering the fact that SideArmD is still undergoing design, would we expect to see sandblasted NCase panels sooner rather than after SideArmD?

    SideArmD SA4 case, CNC + AIO + 9.35L

Looks amazing! I really can't wait to get my hands on some sandblasted panels. Right now I have powder coated white panels and it completely loses the premium feeling.

Little teaser shot. Any ideas for names? Milk/sugar/ice related? I'm all ears.

Assuming you find a place to sandblast/anodize, would this be a potential option for NCASE panels? I'd love to have a Macbook like finish on my panels!

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

Looks awesome. My build is very similar, only with an x99 board and hard tubing. Hopefully I finish it this week (sleeving has been a b*tch). Get a window cut! A local laser cutter did my window for only $30, and very cleanly too.

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

Thanks! I will probably be sacrificing my front USB for cleaner looks and just remove it. I have a windowed panel and seeing a bulging cable will just agitate me. Sorry I meant to say fan/rad. There'll be a 92mm rad and fan on the rear but it's currently being blocked by the height of my RAM so...

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

Updates :) hopefully will have the pump/res mounted today so I can start planning the tubing. There'll be a rear 92mm fan + res, but until I replace my ram heatsinks with something low profile they do not fit.

Dropped off my panels at the powder coaters. Also picked up my plexi for the window - things are coming together!

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

Nope, sent it to a laser cutter. Only cost me the setup fee plus a few dollars as it was such a simple job. The equivalent to about $30 USD.

    X99 on mITX: ASRock X99E-itx/ac

I did :) Here's what the blacked out board is looking like. Love the result so far. I could maybe get in with a tiny brush to touch some places up before the final install. Bare in mind the board could be dead but I won't know for sure until the CPU arrives.

    X99 on mITX: ASRock X99E-itx/ac

Painted it just now. Used Rustoleum black primer. Great paint to work with I must say. Hoping it's not dead by the end of it :s

You should smoke out the borders of your window to hide the clips.

Doing something a bit ridiculous. Hopefully the board is still alive now let alone after painting in completed. Wish me luck.

I completely agree. I think that in a lot of ways the Ncase is a minimalists solution to a PC chassis. Minimal in aesthetic and in footprint. However as Phuncz described above, a dedicated front plate may be quite the expense. What if in the next revision of the Ncase, we see some kind of shroud...

I'm a little unfamiliar with the front side mounting points. Would it be a case of just drilling custom ones?

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

Hello, also a first poster here. I'm looking to get an M1 and I'd intend on watercooling inside. The gripe I have is that I'm not a fan of the exterior mounted reservoir I see people using a lot. I'm particularly inspired by this build here. I just love the way the res is showcased, it's...
