I wonder whether the parcel will be coming from Sweden or from the factory in Taiwan? I need to know that because of the VAT - I have to pay - in case the product will be coming to Hungary from outside the European Union. Attila

I recently replaced GTX1070 the stock cooler with an Arctic Accelero Xtreme III, and it seems to allow a minimum fan speed of 27%. While that's reasonably quiet, I really want a silent-at-idle build, so it's a bit disappointing. Is there any way to do this, such as via a bios update?
