Thanks. I will change it to 1.1 see if the issue will be fixed. In the meantime, do you think is this monitor issue or graphic card? I am getting a new PC, wondering if with new graphic card this can be fixed.

Is your issue same with mine? I meant did your monitor do power cycling sometimes (turn on and turn off by itself)? Or just show blank screen? Just want to know if we have the same symptom.
