Hi guys! I have a very strange problem in Windows 10 with my Bluetooth speaker/mic. When I run the speaker in Stereo A2DP mode, everything works fine. However, if I do ANYTHING with hands-free audio/voice, the sound cuts out all together.

Hmm. It's a thought. But it's hard enough finding a nut-locked TRRS socket, let alone one with one or two sensors built into it. Maybe I could pull it off with two TRS connectors though...? I'm still not sure where to find ones with sensors
Just something I was looking into... but is there anyway to solder the HD-Audio connector directly to a TRRS socket? It would make for a very simple mod to this case once it is released
EDIT: no that probably would not work, the header's much more complex than a 3.5mm jack

Although I would like to note that there is still quite a bit of room at the bottom, under the power supply for such connectors, espcially if you opted for a Headphone/microphone combo jack. Whether or not it falls in line with the aesthetic design is another matter.
Haha, yeah. See the clever thing with the Maximus Impact line is that it retasks the three rear and two front ports depending on what you plug in. So you can have 2.1, 5.1, 7.1, or headphones.
