No, it cannot. The heatsink will overlap an SFX PSU somewhat, by about a cm. It's just tall enough to clear.

Anyone else have a machining issue with the top panel of their v4? Received mine today and noticed the cutout (laser-cut?) doesn't line up in the middle of the left side.
