OK... now that I know exactly what you want I think that DisplayFusion is what you're looking for. You'll need a Pro version though. PS windock does "the same thing" as Dell software, only better. Much better. But that's only my opinion.

Yeah... that's the way it is. You probably fell for this marketing trick: There's no display with bezels that thin. It's photoshopped.

Open the OSD menu, go to Easy control --> Ratio and select Original.

Try WinDock. It's almost perfect in my opinion.
