If you've got a 4770k, you should really consider getting the Z97i-PLUS, instead of the H97i-PLUS; that way you can overclock later on down the line with a decent cooler. The H97i-PLUS is a great board, and what I use with my Xeon, but I'm not going to be overclocking.
