I'm pretty sure for the Quake 2 RTX you could just use the -rtx launch option to disable it. It might work for this. Or you could just install the original.
I played part of this when mod it was first released back in the day and I remember it being very hard and needing very precise timing...
Very cool tech. I wonder if it's able to handle dusty environments though. Is the inside able to be cleaned? Seems like such a thin channel would be very easy to clog.
I watched the first 3 episodes of this and gave up. It's basically a rehash of the anime except everything, apart from the music, is worse. I think they did a good job on preserving the characters of Spike and Jet, but the show they built around them is just lousy.
The anime is also on Netflix...
The little movements are so quick and snappy to me it almost looks like stop motion.
I hope we can all take comfort in the knowledge that the robots will kill their designers first.
If I remember correctly from last year, most of the giveaways were games they had given away already. It was kind of a second chance in case you missed it deal.
The Assembly Cut of Alien 3 was actually pretty good.
Since nobody seemed to take my hint about fanedits of Prometheus being better than the theatrical, I'll just leave this here...

Ridley's been sitting on the rights to the Forever War for something like 25-30 years. It'll probably end up as one of his many unrealized projects. The guy is 82 already. At that age studios are going to be thinking about contingency plans for replacement directors...
The Forever War comic book...
Prometheus has a few good fanedits. The theatrical cut is lousy though.
This show looks like it could be good. Bonus points because I like girls with short hair. I wish he would finally make a movie version of the Forever War, but with his recent track record it might be for the best if he doesn't.
Until there are real consequences to the individuals and/or CEOs, not the amorphous "corporation", that are supposed to be safeguarding any data, this will continue. If you're the guy in charge of data management and a data breach means they cut your hands off, rather than the company gets sued...
The Sega Saturn was extremely expensive at launch and also very hard to program for so the Playstation and N64 crushed it. Sega learned their lesson and the Dreamcast was affordable and extremely easy to program for which led to a slew of games coming out for it during it's short life. A few...
Anamorphic lenses are not soft focused. Star Wars is not a movie with shallow focus at all. Basically every single shot in Star Wars has deep focus. Using shallow focus extensively is a more modern technique which allows everybody to be lazy because they don't have to worry about anything other...
Very cool tech. I haven't seen the show, but in the video nearly all of the shots were quite shallow focused, which probably helps them out a lot. That way, the background graphics really don't even have to be very good for it to look believable, since they'll be way out of focus anyway.
Just wait until all cars are like this. It should come as no surprise that governments are pressing high tech electric cars across the globe. Once the car is synced with your government social credit profile the possibilities are endless. Gps tracking, facial recognition of driver and...
This new trailer looks a lot better than the previous one. Are they hiding the black girl that plays Triss to keep the anti-SJW comments to a minimum? I don't think I saw her this time.
