It's totally crisp at the distance in the pic I shared as you don't have to apply any scaling (and I wear glasses).
I would say for productivity and overall personal preference a 49in is the sweet spot as with a 43in with zero scaling means, by basic definition of screen size with no scaling...
Haven't found anything that comes close to my wasabi for productivity. I've used for office work for about 18 months and haven't longed for anything else. Unfortunately I'm moving here pretty quick and I'm not so sure I'll have the space for a deep enough desk and I doubt I can sell it because...
I happen to want to get rid of my Wasabi.

I want an alienware ultrawide since I wont have the space here when I move in two months. The wasabi IS excellent though I still game on it. I happen to sit back with a...

Buddy of mine playing on my 49in at 4k which is insanely immersive when paired with a 1080ti. Unfortunately I am looking to sell the display and downsize my entire setup, but I don't think regular folks understand...
Haha thanks. I'm doing just for a little while so I can stare at it. Eventually it will go next to a turntable of some kind on a bookcase and I'll run a cable. I was also considering some kind of cloth box like you'd get at ikea for drawer inserts then I could ventilate it and leave on when...
Frankly that's what I wanted. The new strix based on either VEGA chip, but I was not going to be happy having to wait or pay such a premium with all the unpredictability on pricing and availability. I'm with you though I am hoping Navi comes in and clears all this up.
I invested heavily in AMD some time ago (June 2015) and bought all new parts with the proceeds. I haven't had an AMD CPU since the Athlon and it was everything I wanted it to be going in. Not done with everything yet.

Had to RMA a Strix 970 to Asus. They couldn't fix it. Basically it got power but no display. Tried other cards in the same build which worked fine and tried the card in another build and no luck either. Anyway Asus has taken forever to conclude they couldn't fix it. Finally they told me...
Thanks! I almost had neglected to do that, but I successfully updated the BIOS on the Gryphon with no luck. I also tested a 7870 in the same rig which seemed to work just fine. Between two working machines it was not being recognized.
I somehow managed to get a STRIX 970 on Amazon a couple weeks ago. Put together a brand new rig yesterday. The card was DOA. It gets power, but is not recognized by the motherboard. Tried other GPU's on the same new build that worked fine. Tried the card in other working rigs with no...
