The next NCASE project: a Steam Machine-style case (indeterminate)

http://www.silverstonetek.com/images/products/ml08/ml08-5.JPG ML08 seems to have a cable with nice looking moulded c14 end. Any chance to consider something like this instead of the current cable?

Angled stand looks weird to me. Please consider keeping the case level while on stand.

New sub 10L itx case, SilverStone RVZ02!!!

Hey Tony, what caused the CPU cutout size reduction? The CES prototype had this nice big cutout that I think would have made rear mounted M.2 SSD installation easy.

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

Ordered v3 no odd slot, today received one with slot. On the bright side, the panel colour is the right one (black).

The next NCASE project: a Steam Machine-style case (indeterminate)

If I had to choose between the two only, it will definitely be the LRPC, due to the looks. However if there were to be a windowless FTZ02 (doesn't have to be sexy, just clean looking), I'm not too sure about still picking the LRPC. RVZ02 has slim optical drive support, LRPC does not - I...

The next NCASE project: a Steam Machine-style case (indeterminate)

I have a reference 780ti in the M1 and I think the distance from the side panel to the pcie power cable connector end (where the wires come out after plugged into the gpu) is about 15mm, which is enough for the wires to bend around. Not sure how this 'even more limited' will work out in terms of...

On my asus p8z77i deluxe (bios v1201), ErP Ready = Disabled by default. When the PC is off, the PSU makes a continuous high pitched sound plus a ticking buzz. After changing ErP Ready to Enabled, now it only makes a light buzz sound that is much more tolerable.

Inspired by PLHHSB's work, I made custom cables. Custom external bottom filter

Other 290Xs that do fit in this case, do not have an extra pcie 8pin power connector. That's a 150w max gap in the approximation.

The Tri-X is 2.2 slots thick. Looking at the post #311 drawing, I think it might fit but the fan shroud will rub against the side panel.

That card does not fit in this case. I don't think it will even fit in the M1.

The USB ports location just feels weird. Would you offer the option of no USB and no ODD slot front panel?

The next NCASE project: a Steam Machine-style case (indeterminate)

Questions for Necere: #1. Are wider GPUs like the classifieds still no go for this new project case? From the sketches the card seems it might fit but no room for PCIE power connectors. #2. With the GPU compartment, will cards with back plates fit without issue? #3. Is 2.5" drive...

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

My V1 had the floating foot issue but it was fixed after the components got installed inside. It now sits flush on the table even when fully empty. Haven't played around much with my V2 but I did notice it also has the floating foot issue. Hopefully the same fix will work when I do the system...
