I'm planning on doing the Swiftech H220 + a hydro cooler (evga gtx780). The blower reference is probably loud, and I don't want the ACX version dumping heat into the case.

Are those corner elbow pipes locked into place? Also, this is with the armor cover thingy still on the daughter board right? I wouldn't run the system without the cover / heatsink, but if I had that board I *might* consider modding it .. like, sand down a small divot or something to make it...

Same here yeah, thinking about it. Depends on reviews and price. Also I'm considering trying out SteamOs / making this a steambox -- I've heard that nvidia drivers work better in Linux than AMD drivers do. Or at least in the past they did.

There is space on the floor of the case for to mount things, like HDDs right? it should probably remain open if we air-cool the GPU, and I'll probably use the space for some cable management too -- but if I get a water block for the video card, there would be space for an HDD down there?

Thanks for the heads up. I was hoping I'd be able to snag one off of ebay or something, before the M1 ships next year. But this is even better. Hmmm interesting. I'm definitely waiting til Black Friday for deals. Here's hoping it gets a serious discount right off the bat.
