So I just got PNY K1200 in the mail, and it was (as pictured everywhere) a lowprofile card. What was NOT mentioned anywhere is that low-profile was the only bracket it comes with. Anyone have any idea where I'd be able to get a standard bracket for this thing?

+ 32GB cheapest DDR3 I can find = workable solution? I know Asus site lists some supported Xeons, but also says "some features might not be available", are "some features" = ECC (which I don't care about), or something more, like VT I/O etc? Anyone can tell me for sure if this combo going to...
