It's a TriC 75, a custom kit sold from a group buy a year ago.
I don't think there's any way to buy the kit now other than buying a used pre-assembled one, if you're lucky.
The switches are 65g zealios and the keycaps in that picture are EnjoyPBT blanks.
I'm using DSA Carbon keycaps now though...
I don't agree that they feel heavier and I actually find them easier to wear for long periods than HD650s.
