Still no benchmark from the OP in regards to CPU usage and bottleneck. Lets all just go about troubleshooting this in the most unscientific way possible. All speculation and no data makes this thread a total waste of time for everyone involved.
Great stuff but hard to find in some parts. I sub it with NOS regular or grape flavored. Lately I've been trying to aquire the taste of redbull, just to give it a honest try.
HOT POCKETS also a great choice of food. Don't forget ramen.
- As I said decide for yourself, because I don't bottom out when I was on reds for brief amount of time before I sold it. It's up to you how you use it and how you like reds.
- Do some acceleration testing or research on the web and just see how well avg 9500 tracks. My sensei does the same...
No offense to you two, but the reasonings sound retarded.
Most people use f keys on a minute by minute basis.
Many MMO gamers use macro keys on a minute by minute basis
Corsiar's keyboard prices for the two aren't entry level prices. There are cheaper alternatvies for reds, and/or coming...
There are no specific detail on your benchmarks or what tests you've done to troubleshoot your issue even though you stated that you've thought about this a lot. You don't even have vram usage, how would anyone be able to answer the question you posed in the second paragraph in you OP other...
Well, to save money of course, all the while charging full price.
Because no one would fall for a fringe company charging a premium for 3/4 of a mechanical keyboard, while many would since it's corsair?
People are too quick to jump to conclusions when symptoms of the actual problems aren't posted yet. No actual benchmarks or settings listed by the OP (saying 30 in crysis and later the resolution doesn't mean anything). Everyone can just guess and throw stuff on the wall and maybe it'll stick...
If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard, and if you're spending "that" much, why wouldn't you want to get a full mechanical keyboard instead of a hybrid mechanical + rubber dome? But.. I do understand for some it's just a discounted mx red based board. Which is cheaper than other reds...
If you're set on blues/back light why not check out duckys on pchome. They have a full line of ducky backlit keyboards for well under 150 shipped (shipping to US atm is discounted to 10usd).
