While I do agree it is definitely not cheap, it is a brilliant piece of equipment machined from a single block of metal, I used to own the XSPC D5 dual bay res, and this is worlds appart.....
I have a Koolance RP-453X2 rev2 and it was a breeze toi bleed, took less then 5 mins to emty the air.

Well the SSD is not the drive crashing nor causing BSODs, BUT it seems my drive always fail after waking up from hibernation....itll wrck for like 10 secs then firefox crashes(wich is on the drive)
Has anyone ever encountered this issue?
I get a complete sata drive loss during usage, basicaly i could be browsing Firefox (wich is on that data drive) then it would crash and cannot be found again on my system.
Reboot and poof its back and working.
System specs:

I have a pretty hard time believing those temps to be right, I have seen Sandys pull 4.4ghz on the stock cooler at the same temps, hell my 4.8ghz oc maxed at 72 on premium air cooling but still air cooling.
So I need to replace my Z68 Extreme4 since i bent pins on the socket and i cant seem to be able to fix em.
I realy dont know wich one to pick.........everything I read seems to point that the ASRock Extreme4 is the better one of the 2 feature wise but there is like no history of good OCs with...
Hey everyone, my ASRock Extreme4's sound died on me so I am stuck running a audio card(wich I hate), I guess its time for replacement.
What Im looking for:
Has to be Z68 chipset so i can use Intel SRT caching
Idealy trying to find one that will have PCI-E 3.0
Very good OCing capabilities...
A lot has to do with the case too, we are basicaly taking best in class air cooling case+ best in class air cooler and comparing it to a decent WC setup with a less then ideal WC case....
You are likely to cut out your dvd drives if you do that too, there is already barely enough place there (main bad thing of the ft02), you can look at this pic to see what I mean, the only way id see it work is without the gap.....
Well I went form full air to WC, so no real base comparison, other then my very good air setup, to be honest i didnt see a huge cpu improvement over a silver arrow, but the the gpu temps are staggering compared ot asus DC2 design over 20deg diff......I am overall very happy
I got the rad at frozen cpu, but there was only one left after i bought mine.
As for the setup im running a 2500k at 4.8ghz, I see about 68deg temps running prime95 and the GTX570@ 950mhz 1.1v will get to about 42 deg running furmark.
Setup is:
XSPC D5 bay res
EKWB FC-580 D2 (asus...
Cant post pics from my cell but if you indeed think its too high, I got the feeling it might be tim related since I used the card way as suggested by koolance but it was a 1st.
Hey everyone,
I just finished putting my rig together, its consists of a D5/xspc res, koolance CPU370, EK FC580 DC2 (on my Asus GTX570 DC2) and a magicool 2x180mm rad.
All of this is in my Silverstone FT02.
So basicaly my temps make no sense, CPU has not seen any improvement at all VS my TR...
Sweet, cant wait to steal his ideas of how to keep the oem feel (aka filters) + 180mm rad
I dismantled a fan assy yesterday and I realized there isnt really any way to fit the filter assy ( not including the riser) without the riser since it interferes with the bottom lip of the...
You just cant fit a 180mm rad in there, since as it was mentioned earlier the fans are recessed into the mobo tray, fitting such a rad would require serious hacking into the tray.
