    Have not used a pci video card in quite a while myself. Sounds like it is def. some kind of driver issue though if it can not start. All I can say is to make sure your drivers for everything are up to date including the chipset driver.

    Glad its getting replaced. Mine is having the custom color problem if I turn off the pc and monitor for a extended period. Happened twice so far. Does not really bother me though, just pull the power cable with the monitor on and plug it back in and it goes back to normal =/
