Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I'm seeing much closer to wire speed performance. Nearly 0% drops, much lower retry rate, lower latency, faster reconnect
Now if only Wi-Fi 7 would get enabled. Having two distinct channels connected at once is a game changer
They can choose how much performance to add vs power savings. If it runs 50% faster with 50w more I believe it's more efficient performance/watt but still a higher total tdp
Don't forget Microsoft is designing it's own AI chip too, however nvidia is 1-2 generations ahead so that will take at least 3-5 years for competitors to catch up
Your missing the bigger picture here. Nvidia will keep growing and keep splitting.
That 50,000 would've still netted you 1-2 million, you would not get that return without split. It's working for them.
You haven't experienced the awesomeness of Wi-Fi 6E/7 yet have you? Even a 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 client can get 2 gig up/down simultaneously with latency around 5-10ms
I know that issue and it was a pita finding the specific GPO settings to make it behave like you'd expect. PM me and I can retrieve me settings for you if you care haha
I'm curious how many people on the thread gave any feedback during insider preview about the UI?
What's ironic is you can literally run full blown Linux natively in win 11 so you get both.
It's a win-win overall... now a lot of Windows users are becoming Linux users as well from WSL2. The...
It depends on what type of key you have, but I've always used the phone activation option and it still works with keys that have reached the max activation amount
Unfortunately Windows 10 terminated their gracious, we will activate almost any old key. Now you need an actual legit win 10...
Didn't you already post the answer to that?
Basically non-profit can keep investing into the tech while the spin-off for profit sells it commercially. Win-win for both
All the top guns say so in their quarterly financials so probably, maybe?
Either way it looks like a good time to buy a bunch of Intel stock while the new fab ripens.
But that's exactly what Windows hello does? Stores a secret in the tpm, so only works with that device. Add bitlocker with tpm+preboot pin. What's the problem?
Looks like usb 4.0 includes tunneling pcie traffic, so theoretically it would function more like a passthrough external pcie adapter?
