The whole process of setting it up was quite fast. I called and said "monitor has issues" and they said "send us pictures for our analysis". I sent the pics and in the same day they told me I should replace the monitor. So I called them and set up the exchange, and got all of the information...

I finally decided to call NEC and set up a replacement for my unit. The gradient banding, color tinting and backlight bleeding were bothering too much. Let's see how the new unit performs. Hopefully another exchange or refund request won't be necessary. Fingers crossed!
