Okay folks, so here's the update and closure:
A touch over 8 hours after talking to the rep, I got an email response, although not the one I was wanting. The email read:

Just started my RMA process, so far, color me unimpressed. I will update it when it gets resolved, which, hopefully, will be soon.
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair v formula/thunderbolt.
Problem: Board refused to post, after six months of working flawlessly.
Feedback: As previously...
I cannot see this version soaking up nearly a year of my life like Diablo 2 did. Granted, it is a beta, but hopefully, it changes some of the dumbing-down that occurred before it hits retail, but that may be wishful thinking at this point. Just not really too impressed, because I loved Diablo...
Cool, thanks guys. Bummer about the Asus being 3 slots, lathough it looks very promising. Was hoping for something similar to the Matrix 5870's I have now, as I am not giving up my sound card. Guess I'll hold out for MSI Lightning version of this card.
Love to see either a Lightning or Matrix version. Those are the two I'm eagerly awaiting, and, ironically, the two the wifey is looking forward to the least.
Second the hole saw idea. The hole saws can be a bit pricey, but the effort and time saved are worth it, a perfectly cut hole. Besides, if you ever plan on modding again, your good to go. I'm lucky and can do both, but I prefer the ease of the hole saws. A little trick to help it cut is keep...
Wow, nice review. Honestly wasn't expecting it to be as good as what I saw, definitely a pleasant surprise. What isn't a pleasant surprise is the price, ouch. I'm running 2 matrix 5870's now, guess I'll continue to hold off a bit til' hopefully, prices come down a bit. Wouldn't have even been...
Man, that sucks about your case!! On a side note, I bent the tabs in a bit for the side panels where the latch onto the front of the case, there was just too much play for my liking, and it worked well. Additionally, I added some really thin weather stripping around the edges where the side...
This brings up the three ways I know of to eliminate/deaden resonance. Since energy by neither be created nor destroyed, it will need to be converted into something else. The first way covered is to add mass, which can be okay, as long as the resonance is high in frequency, as the lower the...
Christmas came early for me this morning, UPS Claus dropped of this case. Definitely is deeper than my old P180 from a while back. Heckuva lot lighter as well. I wasn't going to get this case for a bit, but found a killer deal on it with free shipping as well, so I bit. My main reasons for...
Every tank has it's share of good and bad, and some are easier/more forgiving than others. In my experience, it comes down more to the team than anything else. Granted, being a good driver helps, but not much you can do when your the only one defending against a push, while the rest of your...
Some of the best times growing up where in the arcade, too many fun games to name. I remember cutting a class in high school to finally play as Sagat on Street Fighter 2, someone tipped me off that Playland got the new version out. Those were the days, when you could talk smack face to face...
Man, I wouldn't even call C&C4 part of the franchise, quite possibly the worst endings ever. Nice concept, but they should have called it something different. More of a Tiberian Sun and Generals guy myself.
Heard about this happening from the tech who came to fix my DSL line, after getting the run-around for nearly a month. Glad it didn't get put off being fixed for another month, lol.
Came across this thread, took the time to read it, and couldn't agree more!! This, unfortunately, has been a long time coming, it just got sugar coated and fueled by corporate greed and politicians. The mess we're in now, didn't just happen overnight, but we're all told that's the case. Like...
Thanks Shimeng, appreciate the info on the AX1200 fitting. Haven't gotten around to unboxing my RV3 yet, but it's nice to know I won't need to do any real modifying to get that psu into my new case. Really handy to know, since spare time is something I don't have now.
Put my vote in their as well for Mushkin. I've never had any problems from them, but I did from my mobo. They knew the problem straight away, even though the mobo company didn't. Aside from the memeory they sell, their support won me over as well.
Agree with the other posters. With the choices you listed, if I were to sell those sticks, I would go with Mushkin if it was me. The thing that keeps me a customer of theirs is their support and quality.
On the youtube video, it was said and shown that the filters are magnetic. Not the best looking case by a long shot, but cooling seems top notch. Supposed release date is late q1 or early q2.
Bummer!! I was hoping that was the real price, but, if it seems to good to be true, it usually is. On a side note, any more news regarding the Raven 3? This what was I was really interested in, but then this low price popped up, so I considered it as well. Looks like it's back to the Raven...
Interesting. Wonder when it will be for sale over here. Also, nice to see it fall well short of the $600. Makes me wonder what caused the projected price drop. Still interested in the RV-03 too, just wish it wasn't so darn fugly.
If it's a little bit of snow, I'd fault the drivers, more than that, it's the home owners. However, I worked for UPS and can say I understand where the drivers are coming from, and where homeowners who work all day are coming from. Bottom line, I'd get into work around 12:30a.m. for package...
