Thank you! Well, my friend who's learning on lawyer asked about all this situation in his university, and they suggested to go to Russian court at first. If they won't take the case, then... don't remember now, maybe some International court. )) And translation is needed because in Russia...

Just want to update this thread. Still emailing with Sam Shreeve(Atara), yet nothing but bullshit and lame excuses. Compiling lawsuit, waiting for translation of our PM's right now. Local court accepts only Russian documents. Friends from law university help me with every step of gathering...

Already.

Well, at least you got GPU. :) That a win compared to my case.

Yes, that's what i meant, thank you.

I can't find anything like "fraud" or "postal scam" in "Complaint Information" to choose. It seems more like complaints about about various companies... But i filled it out anyways. I think Mods, with all my respect, don't care. Update: on my local attorney's advice i've contacted...

Damn right you are. The only and biggest problem that i live in Russia, and will have a hard time suing this bastard. If i'll find anyone else willing to do this, i'll support him with every way possible. I'm contacting police via email, and getting his home adress. Contacted IFFC, his local...

Yeah, he just stole $1300 from me. Well, i'm gonna raise hell about it.

I don't even know. It doesn't recognized by PC. Contacted him and he told that he sent laptop to someone else, to whom he going to sent this black crap. Bullshit, i say.

The package came. And what i see? Looks nothing like laptop, right? Looks more like a SCAM. The tracking # was ER163882004US, then if you push Track with options and choose Russia you'll see that at customs they wrote weght 0.348 kg. It's that 11,7 lbs.& Ozs that was on the receipt.

Situation is working out, 2 days ago i got tracking number. Waiting for it to activate now. Now I'd like to apologize to Atara for angry and offencive post and that freaking out. I hope you understand all that was reaction for days of waiting and worrying... Thanks to all of you for your...

The delivery was decided USPS Express International for 130$. I assume tracking # is included.

The main problem is that i can't get tracking # from him. Every day i asked for it, but every time got different reason why he can't name it. Understand my anguish. I can wait for week, for 2 weeks, even for a month, but i need to know i'm not waiting in vain.

He told me that he shipped it by USPS Express Mail International, and at post office they told 3-5 days. It's been almost 7 and since the first day he told me that laptop is shipped i can't get a tracking number from him, nor any other kind of proof that he even shipped it. About his...

Sended money 20.09, he responded for about a week making stupid excuses for not giving me tracking # (i can't find it on the receipt; i can't find the receipt) and now just vanished with my money.

Situation is getting even MORE interesting! http://hardforum.com/member.php?u=216296 Bought a laptop from him. http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1546494 Sended money via Western Union (i know now how stupid that was), he said that he shipped laptop, but didn't gave me tracking #. I...

This is just awful. I really liked this game, even not playing it for a while since release. It was fun, really fun. Driving GTA-style, killing Crims and smashing them with my bumper... I'm sad.

I'd say - do the upgrade. I don't know about now, because i heard that near the 2011 gonna be 6- and 8-cores. ))

Dude, that's a HELL of a trouble you having! ))) Here in Russia i bought a local version of Mount&Blade:Warband, and that piece of ***** retailers has put an Activation and Deavtivation service to protect it (from me, i quess). Activated - Deactivated. Besides, there is only 9 deactivs. AT ALL...

The Burden of the Crown - poorly balanced, but great strategy. :) And Age of Empires.

I just love zombie games. It's sort of mental desease, i think.

Game's fine, i've been watching it since release. I don't like PvP very much, but PvE missions is fine too. )) Maybe even more rewarding than PvP.

I'm playing MMO's. Right now - Fallen Earth.

Yes, this new dude looks not so stylish as the blond Dante, but he seems nice.
