The mouse may also have an alternative version: one with the 3090 sensor (cm storm spaw, zowie AM/EVO) which should be better given the right firmware and tweaks, but if the consequence is a high LOD then that should be easily fixed. Big hopes for this mouse :)

Zowie ec2 sounds precisely like what you're after.

It's not hard to make a good mechanical keyboard. They were built to last. All Razer did is make a different outer case for the keyboard. But I think even then they have some build quality issues with some of the blackwidows. Pathetic honestly..

Some mice do it will. For instance, the dharma point DRTCM15 has a very thin braided cord, making it extremely flexible and gives an almost wireless feel. Others like the xai are just too stiff and aren't flexible enough.

Don't buy the dharma point DRTCM15/12 if you play low sens fps. At best, it's a great rts mouse. Stick to tried and true centered position.

More on the mx518 style. Is that info from the company or guessing from the image? Do want a lightweight mx518 mouse. Friggin love that shape.

Best sensors today still belong to the legendary mice of old: Intellieye - MS I.E 3.0/WMO (however has low DPI so not for high sens) ADNS 3060/3080 - logitech mx5xx, zowie EC1/2, DRTCM12bk (although has prediction) ADNS3880 or w/e - deathadder

You could also branch into the Japanese market and take a look into the Dharma Point mice, however good luck trying to get any store to ship overseas.

If you're into competitive gaming, minimum frame rates are very important. That's what I valued from this review.

Disable crossfire and you'll get 70+ fps, unless you're already doing so :( Least that's what I did for my 4870X2 (I have to do this for most of my games - must be defective card:()

Try using catalyst 10.10c Had some issues with the vanilla 10.10 drivers, but 10.10c works well (enough) with my 4870x2. That, and it's the only driver that seems to work well with starcraft 2..

Pausing mid-game, I'm assuming you're playing online. If so, this is due to B.net, and the way they implemented a waiting system for laggers. This is primarily cause of your internet connection, or anyone's internet connection, making for unbelievably gay online matches :)

OP what drivers are you using? I'm having a terrible time playing SC2 with catalyst A.I enabled, crippling performance down to 20 fps.
