A delimiter is one or more characters that denotes the boundaries of individual elements in a sequence of elements. For example:
amd,intel,nvidia,apple,google,facebook
The delimiter, in this case is "," (the comma).
Mountain View/Cupertino are very expensive thanks to companies like Google and Apple. Best to look at Alum Rock or South San Jose. Get used to commuting!
Has nothing to do with that (e.g. Euro Truck Simulator is more arcady than simulatory as well). The reason is that Forza* is not on the PC and RPS is a PC gaming site. So the title of the article should be "The 25 Best Simulation Games Ever Made for the PC."
In a nutshell, a hash table is an unordered array where each element of the array has a mathematical relationship to the array index it resides. The benefit of using a hash table is the O(1) time complexity, which is as good as you can get with a data structure.
I never had to integrate G+ with Youtube. It was always optional, even though Google imposed you to do so. I believe all you have to do is click the icon on the top right of the page (right of the bell icon) and select your Youtube account.
The new recruits you gain after each chapter are randomly selected. Every time you finish a chapter you'll have a new chance for more troops to show up. However, you can also save right after you start a new chapter, then go to your headquarters and look to see who has joined and if you don't...
No side ventilation for the GPU, just the opening in the back. It is basically recirculating hot exhaust through a hard drive back into the GPU. Nice...
I have no complaints about my Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD (~$80). Impressive performance, range, and stability. Options associated with a typical SOHO, off the shelf router can be configured in the simple Quickset panel.
Not sure where you got that information, but it is not true. Considering the customer is the one paying for the equipment, ISPs will use reliable, hassle free hardware that will guarantee their advertised speeds.
And 3Mbps is hardly pushing it in these days. Heck, it is not even considered...
Many differences between DSL and cable that you, a prospective IT expert, should, and not to be rude, should already, know.
Here's a good, brief explanation: DSL vs Cable?
A quick Google shows Intel makes 7260NGW in two versions:
Left one is a mini-PCIe card with U.FL headers, and the right one is a M.2 card with (from the looks of it) MHF4 headers.
However, you want a mini-PCIe card with MHF4 headers. Lucky, adapters are available to convert M.2 to...
As long there is technology, there will be a need for IT. But you need to differentiate from the pack and specialize in a hot technology. Things like networking, database, virtualization, automation, and security are huge and continue to grow rapidly. Aiming for a help desk position or trying to...
Eh, not surprising. There is a shortage of Nurses in the U.S. and IS jobs are typically outsourced to India and China.

Decided to finish Red Dead Redemption. Dunno why I've stop playing it midway through my first time around. Probably the Mexico hump. Anyways, got passed that and my god what a game! I can see why this game wasn't ported to the PC. It is very ambitious, and sadly, very buggy.
The Ubiquiti UniFi AP is their wireless option: http://www.ubnt.com/unifi#UnifiHardware
However, Ubiquiti no longer makes a typical SOHO solution (airRouter).
Mikrotik can do it all with exception of PoE. It might not be your definition of powerful, but at least they are very affordable (we're talking near $100).
During your college years, you're going to hear time and time again that major is not your career. This is a very crucial thing to keep in mind. Over 80% of graduates are in a career field that is not directly related to their major. CIS is a relatively new major. Someone with CS or CE degrees...
I wouldn't bother too much about the setup video. If you select Home-AP, 99% of the configurations will be done by default.
What I recommend is:
1) update RouterOS
2) update Routerboard firmware (most likely to be out of date but check first)
3) reset configurations (reason for this is newer...
How much throughput do you need between buildings? If it's strictly internet, then you don't need much. I recommend checking out MoCA adapters (ethernet over coax). MoCA 1.1 can do ~175Mbps and coax cable is inexpensive and very simple to terminate.
What bad things have you heard? My negative about Mikrotiks is the lack of dual band SOHO solutions. However, there is the RB953GS-5HnT coming out soon to hopefully solve that.
