Thanks, I found that it's more a general problem with notebooks than an Everex problem. This link explains about using the new Realtek drivers to fix it. Sure enough, it did. Happy camper again.

I just discovered (and read through much of) this thread but didn't see anything specific to my problem. I installed WIn7 Home Premium (64) and it all worked almost perfectly except the video driver. So I found an updated nVidia driver and now that works fine. The only thing that doesn't work is...
