Success! My capacitors from Digi-Key arrived this morning. Tonight I replaced the bad ones. I am very happy to have my L246 back in operation, especially since it was such a cheap and easy fix. A special thanks to Wibla and Cerilia for sharing their information! I would not have found a fix...
