    No. The 5770 you posted wont fit, its too long. HDD plus double slotted vga is also a no. A 3.5 barely allows for a single slotted card.

    I believe I attempted what you suggested, the problem is the ports are mounted towards the edge of the card, so you don't gain much distance going under the card rather than over. As far as the ram, I can't imagine that it is a significant thermal contributor. Especially DDR3.

    It wont. I manged to get a 5750 into my q07 with some effort and there is virtualy no length to spare with the pcie connection. Judging from pictures the 5770 wont fit even with some kind of right-angle 6pin connection
