Yeah, their support site is comically bad. The link is buried deep within and is only accessible through certain hierarchies:

I didn't, actually. I used the online Small Business Support Center thingy to submit my case and now they're going to have a local engineer give me a call sometime tomorrow to setup an exchange.
Also, I recall someone else in the thread getting an exchange for uniformity issues. Did the...
Incidentally, I'm seeing the exact same thing. I am actually in the process of getting an exchange, but given that this is an LG panel, eh, it may not get much better than this.
Well... Just got mine and everything looks good, except for some distinct uniformity issues. I'm seeing a blue to red shift from upper left to lower right.
Ah, LG IPS panels. Have people tried replacements for uniformity issues? Any luck if so?
Nice. This method really highlights the uniformity problems on my 2209WAs, too.
I guess we needn't lament the unavailability of the LG240P, as it seems that LG can't make an IPS panel without uniformity issues.
While you might not find this particularly helpful, the general consensus is that the F2380 is flawed in a predictable way (black crush, gamma shift, ghosting) while the U2410 is flawed in an unpredictable way (panel uniformity lottery).
Yeah, it's kind of comical. The uniformity issues seem to affect every LG IPS panel out there, from the panels used in the 2209WA to the EA231 to the U2410.
So, I was thinking of trying a 3x1 setup with the middle monitor being a NEC EA231 and the two side monitors being Viewsonic VP2365WBs. Would this work?
Also, is there some way to indicate to Windows that I wish for the primary monitor to be the NEC and when not in-game, manage the two...
