I apologize for the confusion this is not a traditional screen tear where the FPS put out by the GPU is farr exceeding the monitors refresh rate causing frame overlapping or "tearing". This is a black or white horizontal artifact that resembles a horizontal "tear" across the monitor. Thanks :)
