    Kingston requires you to send in the whole kit if 1 stick is bad. Crucial only requires you to send in the defective DIMM. I haven't sold Corsair in a while so I'll take your word for it

    The problem isn't the speed but the amount. The stick that says it is 1600MHz also says it is a 2GB, when it is labeled a 4GB. It also doesn't POST if the 2GB stick is run by itself. We got a new batch in yesterday and they work fine. I think we have a bad batch.

    You can use an OEM 32-bit key with 64-bit media. I've done it tons of times and had no issues with activation. You just need to get a hold of some 64-bit OEM media and you would be all set. Keep in mind that the OEM copies I have are from distributors. I've never tried it with a Dell/HP/etc...
