The article says it moves 119 gal/second that converts to 1596 CFM that seem pretty impressive but then that is a 10" fan. I have no idea what a standard 10" fan would move.
A 250mm case fan (link) is listed as moving 105 CFM at 820 RPM. @50mm = 9.8".

I have seen it recommend that the heat sink be mounted so that the heat pipes are parallel to the PCI slots as this puts them crossing the cores at a 90deg angle, putting more of the heat pipes in touch with the cores...
the tubes are supposed to be 11" (270mm) long, that should reach to at least the middle of the bays :)
I would love to have one of these to play with in my p182, but I can't afford to spend the $ when I have a cooling solution that works well (i7 920 w/Scythe Murgen 2 idles at 38, peaks at 70...
Has anyone considered mounting the radiator in the front of a case? Say in 5.25" drive bays so that it can pull cool air from outside the case?
It would take 4 bays due to size, and if the case is really large the hoses might not be long enough, but in that case it could be mounted to the...
