I completely agree with you here. Bioshock was a wonderfully artistic game and well realized. But I think the real issue here is, put simply, plot holes and lot of environmental factors are unexplained for the purpose of making a balanced game. Why are there ammunition vending machines? Why are...
In my previous post I mentioned there are still at least 1000 or so players online at any given time and finding a match is usually pretty quick. Quicker if you host one yourself. Widescreen is, of course, supported.
Edit: Didn't realize I posted from my other account before muffinman57! Sorry!
Same here, still play sometimes, no problems ever finding a game. I would recommend waiting on the third expansion and looking for sales. The single player missions are short and the extra multiplayer modes aren't very popular online.
In response to your Fallout 3 question... YES! and here's why... http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/top/
Mods are the reason I love my PC over any console.
Same goes for Oblivion (Elder Scrolls IV) as well. http://www.tesnexus.com/ in case you are interested.
I thought that was the problem originally, but I have checked multiple times and its not hitting anything, I never thought about the fan being bad, I suppose thats a possibility, I will try replacing it.
I wasn't sure where to post this, however I remember reading somewhere that the problem could be my Intel DG33TL, so I chose to post it here.
My problem is this; when I cold boot my computer after it's been off for a while, during the boot process my CPU fan runs at max speed until it either...
I'm not sure if any one mentioned this yet, but when you first install Guild Wars I would recommend using the command line option -image to download and install all known game files and updates, this will cut down on the annoyingness of loading screens in-game (make sure to remove -image from...
For some reason I just could not get into Borderlands like everyone else, just too mindless =/. I have been thoroughly enjoying Dragon Age: Origins, Torchlight, and I haven't been able to stop playing Company of Heroes (one of my favorite game of all time).
does anyone else feel the random chatter between alistair and morrigan resembles that of the random chatter between chloe and nathan in uncharted 2 very closely? alistairs wit and demeanor as well as morrigans and similar to that of nathan and chloe as well. im actually finding it quite...
My sentiments exactly, It is that itch that I've been trying to scratch since my years of Diablo II, Titan Quest was very close but just couldn't do it. Torchlight, on the other hand, gets the job done! Fantastic game, very fun, very well balanced, so far I'm extremely impressed.
Performance wise the x3 720 is about 5-10% faster in games however the athlon x4 is a quad core for 20 dollars less than the 720. If you want take a look at the phenom x4 810. It's clocked at 2.6 but it's a quad core with l3 cache and of course can be overclocked and it's only 20 dollars more...
According to MSIs website. If you update the bios on the board to the latest one you will be able to use all new processors including AMDs new athlon ii x4 620 which is a decent quad core at $100 which you can overclock pretty decently.

there's a link for steams numbers. Granted it's only for pc games and only for games purchased through steam. If you wanna look at xfires just google it. Gunna be mostly mmos though.

i have a similar set up, 4850 at 1440 x 900, but i have a q6600 in conjuction and the game runs around 30 frames for me all the time maxed settings with 4x aa, so it seems to definitely be that cpu of yours.
The game looks to be only 18 dollars on steam anyways. If the single player is entertaining I'm sure it'll be worth every bit of 18 dollars. The lack of multiplayer of any kind is probably the cause for the low price point. It seems like they are using this as sort of a preview to their mmo...
Here's my situation. I have a pc with an msi x58 motherboard with 2 NIC cards in it. One is connected to a dsl router/modem and the other is connected to a large format printer. The printer requires a dynamic ip and the Internet does not work when I have the printer set up this way and vice...
