I am *plenty* fine with other guns. In fact my best gun is the pump 12 guage which has actually gone down in price. I'm just a little revolted at how out of skew things are becoming. And knowing other weapons doesn't mitigate 2100 for vest + helmet.

EasyTune 5. Came with my motherboard (Gigabyte 965p-ds3). I have the latest BIOS. Do you have doubts? What do you use? My vcore is at 1.38 and my CPU is at 8*400 for 3.2GHz and it is at 29C at the moment with CPU util at about 2%.

I was getting above 70FPS in CStrike...6 years ago with my 400MHz K2 and Voodoo3 3000.

I am one of those people who got a GTX box with a GTO sticker and it has happily played at GTX speeds. So really when looking at reviews/comparisons, the closest analog is the GTX, not the 7950GT. Something else to think about is that the GTO is very quiet.

Actually I just ran Orthos for an hour and 15 minutes, two instances to hit both cores. 6400 at 1.4vcore and 3Ghz and was only 42c load....I don't even need this much vcore to hit 3Ghz. But what may have made the difference was I lapped my CPU. I found the heatspreader to be very concave.

diablo111, I find it interesting that your box says GTO. I don't know if you saw my earlier post, but I posted pic, where they just covered up GTX with a sticker that said GTO. Where did yours come from? Mine came from MWAVE
