ZipZoomFly also gave me an invoice when I requested one, however the invoice has nearly the exact same information on it as the order page on their website. No where on Enermax's rebate form does it say it needs to say anything specific. I shouldn't have to be pulling out dictionary definitions...
After waiting since September 1 for my two rebates (one $20, one $50) I finally emailed them. They only said this:
"Both your rebates has been denied because you did not provide valid invoices
for them. Thank you."
What a load of crap. I printed out the online invoice from ZipZoomFly which is...
I've been trying some of the methods here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=215521
However of the ones I've tried so far none have worked and that is mostly due to the tool using Rivatuner to find the I2C bus which Rivatuner always tells me that all four busses are...
Maybe it's my motherboard, but I can't get a stable clock speed above 3800 even at 1.45 voltage and 200 HT. I have the Biostar TA790GXB A2+. There is a chipset voltage option as well as a "start up" CPU voltage setting and a CPU VID voltage control. So it seems there is two voltage controls. I...
Those were reviews from Newegg.
You said a 620w unit would be plenty. What if the CPU and GPUs were overclocked?
Right now I'd like to go with the Corsair as it has the combination I like the most with the longer warranty and better cables, but if the Infiniti's extra power would make a...
"Using a coupon voids the cashback for the majority of stores"
It concerns me about the Enermax Infiniti tripping circuit breakers and not working with simulated sine wave UPS's. Does the Corsair 620HX or Enermax Liberty Eco 620 have either one of those problems?
That's good to know. I keep hearing people say to not run the PSU at more then 80% capacity, which wouldn't a 620 be nearing that? What do you think of the failure rate of the Infiniti 720?
I bought the ENERMAX Liberty ELT620AWT-ECO 620W for $52.4 but it has not been used yet so I could sell it and buy the ENERMAX INFINITI EIN720AWT 720W for $66.1 after cash back and rebates.
Is the extra 100 watts worth the price difference and would that extra power be suitable for the setup I...
The Antec goes for $94.99 on Newegg while the Enermax is $69.99 after rebate on ZipZoomFly. It should be sufficient for parts which are power equivalent to an AMD 955 and two 4890 cards?
I was looking for something in the lower price range that the Enermax fits into after rebate. Is it as good or worse than the Liberty? Seems like there are more complaints of failure with them in the long run than Corsair units.
So far the pictures have been turning out a blue color i which I can't see the dark spot. I do see a few bright spots though which is strange.
Do you guys know if ZipZoomfly pays for return shipping on eligible monitors?
It doesn't look like it will have enough space with a ZEROtherm Zen CPU cooler and any RAM with heat spreaders. Does anyone have a measurement for any of these boards of the amount of space between the top of the plastic CPU socket and the first RAM slot?
The Gigabyte seems to have the RAM slots closer to the CPU socket than the MSI and Foxconn board, which would mean my Reaper RAM wouldn't fit with my ZEROtherm Zen CPU cooler.
I have a dark irregular spot on my new Asus VH242H from ZipZoomfly. How am I supposed to identify the number of dead pixels when they're in a group? What do you think I should do?
Foxconn A7DA-S 790GX Review
MSI DKA790GX Platinum Review
The Foxconn boards BIOS seems to be good from reviews. I'm going to assume the Platinum MSI board is the same board except with more ports and extra cables.
I need a board with SB750 and 790X/GX. I want a board that is good to overclock with and is stable. I'll probably be running two cards in Crossfire in the future.
This is my setup:
Phenom II 955
Radeon 4870 1GB
4x2GB DDR2 1066 RAM
Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.B 0A38016 1TB
LG GH22LS50 SATA...
I am going to be using the ZEROtherm FZ120 ZEN CPU cooler, however I'm concerned it will obstruct the RAM. The RAM I may be using is the OCZ Reaper or Patriot Viper. The OCZ Reaper in particular has a tall heatsink.
Is the CPU cooler able to be mounted horizontally as well as vertically? Will...
Currently you can get it off of ZipZoomFly or eWiz with free shipping for a total of $160 after Bing 20% cash back. The 945 95w edition can be purchased for $136 after cash back on eWiz.
^^^^
Ignoring the unlocked multiplier and considering the stock speed performance increase as well as the overclocking potential. I can get the 945 95 watt model for $148.8 or the 955 for $164.8. This is what I'll be using with it:
620w PSU Corsair or Enermax.
4x2GB of DDR2 1066
Foxconn A7DA-S...
Ignoring price, which is better between the CORSAIR CMPSU-620HX 620W and the ENERMAX Liberty ELT620AWT-ECO 620W?
Seems like the Enermax's may have a shorter lifespan. Not sure though.
