I agree on the no bass., and apparently so does a wave of people on the corsair forums.
I bought these on the good faith of the [H] review, and they sound great. These headphones are crystal clear, but if you like hearing any lows at all, HS1As are not for you. There just ISN'T a bass...
Can anyone fill me in if they ship in envelope (Po box) Or a cardboard box (street address).
If i order it to the street and it comes in through like a letter/magazine, the people in my Post office will return to sender.
Well, I am immensely happy with that Core-Contact Freezer. My cpu would take 10 seconds in OCCT to reach 77c, Now, I can leave it on as long as I want and it has to fight to break 50 (Its 85 F here right now). Largest smile on my face.
I can't wait to see what my this accelero will do with...
I'm excited, So many variables that might go wrong, Gets me pumped! It should be here within the next 2 hours.
Thanks everyone once again for your help

So I'm not really worried about how that one performs. my case fans are 120mm (well one is a 80), and once i get my coolers in the mail (Tomorrow) I'll be re-doing the airflow to something more sane. Plus the one I...
Also, let me stack on another question. My sapphire 4870 1gb just burnt out (Do not recommend that card at all)

Thread revival, I have a question folks, When putting that CPU cooler in, which way should i face the fan?

my case.
[H] doesn't have any reviews of it, which is odd. But here are a few;

TX-2 Is what I'm sticking with because I get a free tube with my cpu-cooler.
I thought about...
Question for you Cecil, I assume you used the Tuniq TX-2 thermal paste with your CCF, How did you apply it? Thin coat or glob in the middle? With the heatpipes touching the cpu, and the tiny gaps between them and the sink, wouldn't the glob not spread as well? Or isn't that the problem.
Ooo, Thanks for the tip cecil, That sunbeam looks like a great deal.

one question, is the thermal paste provided any good? Or should I spend the extra money and get some AC MX-2?
Well I've kind of decided against getting that CPU cooler now reading up about it. I would really like to steer away from push-pin designed coolers, and would really like something with a backplate.
Hmm that cpu cooler looks really good, Thanks.
I'm trying to work this in under a budget, (Low as possible while still being worth a damn). And I've checked everywhere I could and that Accelero s1 rev 2 received glowing reviews, While coming packed with all the necessary ramsinks to...
Well, Down the line I wouldn't object to overclocking, Right now these temps are too high to OC at...
I've been playing around with a few benchmarks to set up a before and after thing for myself and OCCT test puts my CPU near 80, and furmark or OCCT gpu test i have to shut off because my...
Hey guys, bear with me here, I'm a newb to aftermarket cooling. I've never had the spare funds to get a decent computer until recently and I would like to save my investment from a fire!
I have:
