Temps are around 35-40C idle and 45-50C load. That's with the intake fan running slower as well so not bad! The 7850 is only around 220mm iirc.

Managed an Asrock Z77, i7 3770S passive with AXP-140, Nexus 530w and ATi 7850 without mods.:) Using the stock fan connected to a Fanmate turned down so it's pretty much silent, temps aren't over 45 idle.

Apologies for poor photos, plan to buy a decent camera soon.
