yeah - changed for better when not connected anymore
since it should be within intel specifications for VCCSA (max 0.971) ... all z68 mobos from Asus set it at ~1.050 @ default.
so there is hope they change that with the new z68 Gen3 boards.
its connected to the same dc-dc converter ... so the board puts the VCCSA outside Intel specs @ stock.
i had disputes with RAJA about this @ asus rog forums and he denied the facts.
i will not be suprised very much when vrm gets changed with the Gen3 boards.
