Dell 2209WA - 1680x1050, does 1080p overscanned via component->VGA adapter, lag is only pixel response time. Has aggro overdrive. 22" NEC EA23WMi - 1920x1080, lag is pixel response time, not-so-aggro overdrive (very little difference between it and the Dell). 23"

I would think that they mean SATA 3Gb/s. On the advertisment and on the specification page it has that particular tidbit, and the max read value (250 MB/s) is towards the top of the real SATA 3Gb/s throughput.

I have a 5500 in my old gaming computer I inherited from my brother along with its 1 GHz AMD CPU, whole GB of RAM and 16 GB HDD. It is soooo full of win. So many good memories on that machine (mainly Civ, Half-Life, and Homeworld).
