    Comb through their forums too, there's a boot loader that you can download too that will get it up and running. Worked for me. Although it's still fairly buggy and sometimes I don't get the icon in the taskbar when it's running so I have to kill the process and restart it until I do get the icon...

    If you've got Nero installed you can use Vision which is part of the bloatware but it works pretty good.

    Ultimate Boot CD and Ultimate Boot CD for WIndows comes in handy a lot for me. Don't think any of the software is pirated.

    If you are getting your mail through an Exchange server it would sync automagically, sounds like you're using POP3 though. :(

    They still haven't returned my call so at this point I'm leaning towards Kaspersky's product mostly because of the price and virus catching history. (It's usually in the top 3 or so. But then again so is NOD.)

    BUT... a user could add a virus attachment to an email created through OWA and it would not be scanned as it would come in on port 80 as opposed to the SMTP and/or POP3 ports that the Barracuda is watching.

    I tell them no all the time. Same thing with the what's your zip code or email addy when you're buying something you don't want to get spammed for. No one has ever batted an eye or asked twice. But then again I kinda like confrontation so let them try.:)

    Unable to claim space on usb drive

    Do a search for HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool. Just used it today for basically the same thing. It may or may not work for your particular stick. Mine is a PNY Ascent 16GB.
