Yes they both do come with IO plates. I have some of the accessories for the MIVE board but none for the Deluxe board . That one will come with the additional USB 3.0 front panel as well. Forgot to mention that part

Yes they should be able to fairly easily. Anything above a GTX 1070 though would be too much for it. I have been running the i5 2500K with a GTX 980ti which is just under the 1070 (by a few %) and it ran Overwatch perfectly. Pretty sure it maxed out 144hz at 1440P on my Asus ROG Swift.
