    kantjd, That bios is for a GTX 280 it is possible that the card is reading incorrectly. Please contact me with the serial number from the card as well as a picture so we can verify that you did recieve a GTX 280. jcrimmins@evga.com Jake

    BSOD disaster after disaster, desperate for any help...

    Travis, The issue with the black screen and mouse curser only is normally caused by changing the Video drivers. Go into safemode and try removing just the NVIDIA display drivers. When it reboots if it goes to that black screen again try letting it sit for a few minutes and see if it goes...
