Go into a store, and sit down in front of some of the TV's... everybody prefers a different distance as everybodys eyes are different. I sit anywhere from 5ft-15ft and it doesnt really bother me. We have a 42" LG LCD.

The nice thing to do would be ship it in for them, have them ship you back the card, and then ship it back to the manufacturer. Of course they will pay shipping and EVGA will pay for the shipping back(or w/e manufacturer. Takes very little effort since it is already packaged up, just forward...
