could this be an overclocking problem? have you tried reversing to default settings?

I am happy to report that my motherboard is still working superbly with Q9450. (Although it seems that the +0.5 multiplier is not working). Wondering if I should upgrade the graphics card to Radeon 4870x2 ? Is it worthwhile considering that the MB only support PCI-E 1.0. Will my current PSU take it?
