I would wait on Saint's Row honestly unless you need something to play right now. It was $16 on Impulse last week or so and activated on Steam. I'd expect it to get that cheap soon in a Steam sale. ;)
Pretty sure Mass Effect 2 does. I was able to activate my Steam copies of ME1 and 2 just fine, but some people have trouble activating the first one for some reason. If you can't you should be able to through EA/Origin support and they'll add the game for you. I had them add Crysis and Crysis...
It's likely that list was made before your card even existed. If you notice, it's missing all cards after the 200 series of nvidia cards and all past the 4000 series of AMD cards. Your card should be more than capable of maxing out Sims 3 imo. I would recommend updating your video card drivers...
One thing of note: if you increase the default fov through the config ini (can't think of the file name at the moment), you'll notice in game that half of the characters arm isn't modeled when you open doors and sometimes you can see through walls at certain angles, both of which can be pretty...
Afaik resolution is not cut in half with 3d vision. Refresh rate is what is halved so gaming in 3d on a 120hz screen results in a perceivable maximum 60fps in each eye.
One thing to notice is that they aren't selling the expansion with it. That is one thing I really dislike about Impulse. They often put the base game on sale and never expansions. I think I paid $8 on Steam for the complete Doom pack, much better deal.

And 120Hz refresh rate does nothing for you either? I have a 60Hz U2311H next to mine AW2310 and the difference is night and day. The refresh rate makes a HUGE difference even moving the cursor it's immediately obvious. Wanting to sell off the 3D Vision Kit I can understand though, I did the...
There already is one very similar to this one. Rosewill makes it. It doesn't have any USB or audio ports but pretty much the same looking keyboard and braided cable and it has Cherry Blues.
Sorry about thread bump but was looking for impressions on this keyboard.
Wings of Prey is great if he's into flying WWII style planes. I never actually bought the game -- just played the demo -- but it was very easy to get into and fun.
Just a heads up if you buy 2 of these on chiefvalue.com you get another $10 off. I just bought two and the total came to $149.98 with free 3 day shipping. Off to sell my 1TB drives on eBay...
Im guessing it has more to do with the market of such a device. The people looking for an IPS monitor arent interested in anything other than color accuracy who can usually afford the price premium.. And the cheap TN panels are made for the widest audience possible where people look more at...
I have an Asus BT21 adapter which is supported even though I still have trouble with it. They have a wiki with all supported adapters here. If I didn't already own a USB 360 controller prior to getting a DualShock 3 and motioninjoy I probably would have never bought one. :p
I can't say if that issue is specifically the tint issue that has been brought up but I have that exact same problem on my 2209WA Dell monitor except mine is on the very top and on the very bottom and both span the entirety of the top and bottom. It is most likely a quality control issue with...
The developer recently got the signature certification for it so all he needs is the motioninjoy software to use it. I got mine to work fine in USB mode but BT mode can be a bit flaky depending on your adapter.
Also about the controller's compatibility with games, there is an Xbox 360...
It didn't give me an option either. Order summary on the right side should take off whatever amount you applied to your account. It shows up as "gift card -$x.xx" for me. Choose pay with existing card and go to the checkout page and it should apply your gift card.
^ go to checkout and it should show you that it's coming off your account balance. I just redeemed one and used it yesterday and it worked automatically.
Last I checked there were very limited graphics options like only resolution and v-sync options. Don't expect to tweak AA or AF or anything like that. The game is supposed to be well ported though and it has Steam achievements.
$40 is certainly not a good deal for just single player?
Honestly the initial price doesn't bother me as much as the paid map packs do and there are supposed to be more of them than MW2 got. Splitting the player base is not cool. The game looks alright though.
The .exe version of the Complete mod auto detects the Steam version and installs in the right directory.
Also anybody know why they didn't include Clear Sky? I already have SoC.
Wait until next week, a $50 Arma II + Operation Arrowhead bundle should be coming to Steam when Operation Arrowhead is released on Steam.
edit: Just saw that retail price is $60, hope that's an error on Amazon's site (still a good price though).
Go for the U2711.
I just bought the U2311H and I'll probably sell off my 2209WA. If I had the cash I wouldn't hesitate to buy a U2711 instead of three of these.
I have this same issue with mine (rev A01, Mfg Dec 09, Mex). I've been debating whether or not I should exchange it. Is it worth the trouble or is it likely I would just get another defected monitor? How is the QC of these compared to the U2410?
I think that's what happened to mine. Stopped working after 2 years. I don't know how to solder and I don't wan't to buy a bundle either. Why the hell did they stop selling the receiver separately?
Hell yeah !JC2 is great and it will last a long time with mods.
Find one game that you can sink a lot of time into and then watch for DD sales from Steam, Impulse, etc. and grab extra games for cheap that you might want to spend any extra time with. I "stocked" up on cheap Steam games and so...
I'll second the G500. Compared to my old v2 G5 the mouse buttons click better and the scroll wheel is much smoother to scroll there's even a toggle for hyperscrolling. It feels a little more comfortable to hold too. I recommend it highly.
I think it has more to do with the whole 1080p marketing bs they advertise on TVs now that has almost made it a standard with computer monitors. It is cheaper to manufacture 16:9 as well.
As long as HP and Dell are around with their 16:10 monitors I'll be satisified. Although the 16:9 U2711 is...
