Atago got a few buffs recently. With concealment mod and rudder shifts its the best tier 8 for Ranked. Yea haha. I even hit an enemy dd with a torpedo toward the end as evident by his "WTF" exclamations in chat. I got the Detection commander perk and it's been very useful.

I'm a Red team fan but I see nothing wrong with going 980 TI. Heck if I had a spare grand I'd grab a 980 TI Kingpin. Nothing beats a TI boosting to 1600+ core clock.
