Yeah, the Xigmatek S1283 is the cheapest solution, but if have enough money, I'd go with the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme (or Ultima-90i, in case the first doesn't fit your case) and a good fan, like the Noctua NF-P12 (relatively expensive) or the Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F. Good luck!
