Unlikely, I dont think you can give/transfer vbucks or any items bought with them to other players. This just looks like the usual "buy xxxx in-game credits for $yy" done with stolen CC details you see advertised in MMO chats.

Borderless is usually the first option I set in a game after disabling any music. For me, borderless lets me run videos, other games or other stuff more easily on other monitors.
