For everyone else, the thickness of the business card will keep it in place, if yours doesn't stay in place, use thicker card stock.

There has been only one person that has claimed to have received a A01 version, that perosn has yet to post again since that claim. All of the members here that have received numerous shipments of the 3008 have never gotten anything other than a A00 model. Hmmmm, it's been a long time since dell...
Ask for another replacement, if the third one is bad, you will (should) get a full refund. Also make them bleed for putting you through this, i.e. Ask for compensation, you deserve it. ;)

Mixman do you think you can post a picture of what you are seeing, about the haze that is?
I've had the 3008 for a while now, best thing I have ever seen, colors are solid, no haze, bl bleeding is very minimal, what there is though is a strange coating on the sruface of the LCD that causes...

Mine came with minimal backlight bleeding, no dead pixels, and colour that was almost spot on (out of the box). Add to that the contrast ratio...
Glad you got your price.
You'll love the monitor. :D
For current owners, I believe this was mentioned before, for the back light bleeding, if you press up against the screen border where the bleeding is happening, you'll notice how it goes away.... Remember that this monitor is mostly made...
After gathering all the evidence and talking to several csr's and kiosk sales rep's here's what I think might have happened with the price of the 3008WFP
The 3008wfp was going to be originally released in Canada for $1599, and then discounted to $1299 upon initial offering, when Dell...
