Same here, shipping cost has never been an issue, make sure you are getting the package insured also. In my opinion the important thing is making sure the card is secure in the package so it the only way it could be damaged in shipping is if the box was crushed.

Had the same issue with my 460 SLI setup in WoW when I installed the 266.58 drivers. Rolling back to the 260.99 drivers fixed the issue. If you check out the WoW tech forum it's a known issue with WoW and that driver version.
